SECTION 21 – PAYMENT OPTIONS

The whole price is displayed in euros (€).
Methods of payment: Esonian online-banking and PayPal.

After ordering please click the appropriate bank link to log into your PayPal or Bank account: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, LUMINOR, DANSKE, COOP, POCO PAY or LIISI ID.
• Enter your user name and password to log in.
• You will see already filled payment receipt with the total order sum specified.
• Confirm the payment or cancel it to make necessary changes.

SECTION 22 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

This procedure does not apply in the case of withdrawal from a consumer credit contract. The procedure for withdrawal from a consumer credit contract is laid down in the said contract.

• The Client has the right to withdraw from a contract entered into in the e-Store without providing a reason within 14 days.
• The withdrawal period expires 14 days after entry into the Sales Contract or as of the day the Client physical obtained the Goods.
• In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must notify the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the Contract in writing and deliver it to the Seller’s store or forward it via e-mail.

SECTION 23 – DELIVERY

Delivery price when ordering from e-shop start at 5 €!
• Order delivery to your home, office, or to the specific address.
• Pick up your order from the nearest Tauno Kangro shop Free of charge.
• Smaller items can be delivered to nearest postal parcel machine all over Estonia.

Delivery time: From 5-7 working days all over Estonia and from 10-60 working days all over world.
Delivery to the islands (except for Saaremaa and Hiiumaa) is carried out with special conditions.
Please contact out customer support center. For items that are on order, arrival time to warehouse will be added to delivery time.
